Professional Plumber Forest Hill
Anyone familiar with Toronto knows about Forest Hill. This charming neighborhood has been consistently ranked the most prestigious in GTA, and for good reason. Aside from its plethora of residential mansions and elite schools (arguably the best in Canada), the area itself features a very beautiful landscape.
With winding roads passing by the Upper Canada School for boys and Bishop Strachan School for girls, affluence and charm are Forest Hill’s key characteristics. The average household income has consistently remained north of $100,000 for many years; this is over double the GTA average, mind you. Ethnically speaking, the neighborhood is home predominantly to Jewish residents.
To be politically correct, Forest Hills is subdivided into two neighborhoods, Forest Hill North and Forest Hill South. The former (AKA Forest Hill Village) has its roots dating back to the 1930s, and is the area’s commercial sector. As such, this is where a bulk of business establishments can be found, which as one can naturally expect, are all on the high end of the shopping spectrum.
Upscale is the name of the game in the village; the neighborhood has consequently seen a significant rise in residential buildings, particularly apartment complexes. As per the South, it accounts for most of Forest Hill’s single-family homes and is principally a residential zone.
