Kevin responded quickly to our night emergency call and quickly and expertly averted a major flooding situation in our basement. He then patiently explained in detail the magnitude of the procedures necessary to correct the underlying cause of the “backup” in order to avoid future recurrences. Your work crew, supervised by Harold, dealt with a difficult situation in an organized, professional manner right through the completion of the project. On completion, there was, surprisingly enough, minimal permanent damage to the original landscaping. Once again, we would like to thank you and commend you on your excellent service.

It is not often that one is prompted to send a letter of recommendation for exceptional work performed, but I would be remiss if I did not pass on my thank you for a job well done to Rob and his team of Sean, Frederick and David.
A complicated and confusing water flow/piping system in my home presented some unique challenges to the plumbing team. I must say that I envisaged a catastrophic repair job with major disruption. However, Rob very quickly came up with creative solutions that answered all of the issues efficiently and practically, thus giving me a level of confidence that the job would be expertly executed. Indeed it was!
At all times, Rob, Sean, Frederick and David were cognisant of safety factors and ensured that my property each day was left in a clean and tidy condition. Their professionalism and courtesy was second-to-none.

This is the second time within a period of a few months that it has been necessary for me to call upon Brothers Plumbing for major work to my home, certainly an indication of satisfaction and respect for work performed the first time. I certainly did not anticipate a third major “challenge” in my home within the short period of time since my first and second experience with Brothers Plumbing – again an affirmation of my satisfaction and respect for past work performed.I seem to be going through Brothers’ list of services, first plumbing, then drains and now waterproofing! Rick, David and Zorin were the team who performed the work on my property this time. The work was laborious, the men having to dig a 40 foot trench in a very tight spot, but they worked efficiently and diligently to beat the next rainfall and to keep my home dry. I very much appreciated Rick keeping me up-to-date and explaining to me the process as the team moved along. It was comforting to have someone solve the problems rather than presenting me with new ones!
